If the guest does not show up without prior cancellation, the booking is considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Credit card refund timeline
Credit card refunds are processed within 5 business days and may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. Timing may vary depending on your card issuer and bank policies.
PIX refund
PIX payment refunds are processed manually within 5 business days. Please contact the property with your PIX key for the refund.
