At Buddy's Hostel, we take the purpose principle very seriously. The data you provide at the time of booking is used exclusively to process and secure your reservation. This includes:

To ensure your booking is processed securely and to avoid problems such as overbooking (duplicate reservations), we operate with our own booking system integrated with the Beds24 channel manager.

Your data (name, email and document) is processed and travels through Beds24's infrastructure solely for the purpose of managing and synchronizing your reservation in our system. Buddy's Hostel does not sell, rent or share your personal data with any other company for commercial or advertising purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking Tools

We value clean and direct browsing. The Buddy's Hostel website does not use third-party tracking tools aimed at advertising or marketing (such as Google Analytics, social media pixels or behavioral tracking cookies).
